About

Our Story

In 1982 we started trading in the small market town of Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire where we traded under the name “Risborough Gallery”.  After nearly 37 years we decided to move in a different direction and vacated our location at Duke Street, Princes Risborough. We predominately sold fine art for more than 30 years but as sales started to slow we diversified into signed memorabilia around 2016. It has been a huge success and we took the decision to completely change the business model in 2017. We now practice our picture framing & memorabilia business from our newly built unit in the beautiful village of Ilmer, Buckinghamshire.

We have been picture framing for nearly 40 years and have built up a reputation within that time for excellent craftsmanship and service. Our memorabilia displays are completely original in design and with laser cutting technology we can produce displays in fine detail. ALL of our framing is completed in house and your artwork or item will never leave our premises.  We only use high quality wooden frames on our displays and will not under any circumstances use plastic moulding frames or cheap wooden frames. The reason for this is to ensure the products purchased from us are of the highest quality. We are a great advocate of waterwhite glass which enables the viewer to see without reflections and colour definition is superb. Hand finished Italian made frames or a basic flat black or white frame,we stock them all. Why not come and visit us at our workshop in Buckinghamshire where we can discuss your framing requirements in greater depth.

As with most retail locations in town or city centers parking can become an unwanted stress, here at Spotlight Memorabilia we have oodles of off street parking so you can take your time safe in the knowledge you won’t return to a nasty surprise.
