UK delivery of unframed items

We aim to dispatch all orders of unframed items placed before noon for delivery the following day, not including Saturdays and Sundays or bank holidays. Orders placed after 12pm are likely to take a day longer. A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, the courier will will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.

UK delivery of preframed items

We aim to dispatch all orders for preframed* items within 48 hours of receipt, not including Saturdays and Sundays or bank holidays. A signature is required upon receipt. If you are not in when a delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel or rearrange collection.

International delivery of unframed items

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, not including Saturdays and Sundays or bank holidays. All international unframed items are dispatched using DHL Express. Delivery times vary from 2-3 days for Ireland and the United States to 8-10 days for the Falkland Islands. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or levies on international orders. We do not expect there to be any additional charges for international orders but if you wish to be completely sure you should check with your local customs officials or post office for further information. Unable to ship to Armed Forces addresses and PO boxes, please contact us for any queries.

International delivery of preframed items

If you choose a preframed* item it will be dispatched by courier within 72 hours of receipt of order, not including Saturdays and Sundays or bank holidays.  A signature is required upon receipt. Returning or exchanging a product.

Our Money Back Guarantee

  • Please note that items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
  • Call or email us before you send it back and we’ll arrange the return delivery.
  • We will refund the full value of your order, including original shipping costs. If you’re in the UK we will bear the return postage costs too.

Please note that if you are returning the item from outside the EU you will be responsible for the payment of any taxes or customs charges incurred and, if you are outside the UK, of return postage.

Returning or exchanging an item that is faulty

If you receive an item that is in any way faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, then please contact us straight away to explain the problem.

We will then arrange for replacement, or if that is not possible, a refund. If the refund or replacement is due to an error on our part we will bear all postage costs.
